The brand philosophy stems from the founder vision: “A future where it's as easy for a customer to chat with a business as it as with a friend” and unlocks the power of conversational messaging.
The brand aims to achieve this along 3 parameters

2. Providing businesses the ability to create & manage dynamic connections with their customers, employees & partners at scale.
3. Personifying businesses by humanising the product, technology & interactions with their stakeholders.
Redesigning a massive product like Gupshup requires a creative environment where it’s safe to experiment. Rather than have us work on the complete product, they wanted us to work with their internal design team so that we could deliver refreshed perspectives and guide the team.
They wanted a guideline, rather a kickstart for their team to adapt instead of spending time defining the entire design system. In the end, we gave them a variety of pages with visual design, icons and illustrations. We were all delighted to see how their team could move forward our directions on expanding the product in future.
