How we helped Bounce launch their first electric bike, Infinity e1
Bounce founders believed in the potential of Electric Vehicles in India, because of which they launched in-house EV mobility solutions for Bounce in July 2019. In its attempt to fastrack India's shift to electric mobility, Bounce introduced its electric scooter into its fleet. We knew the scooter was all set to change the game with its battery swap technology, making electric mobility mainstream and accessible. That's how we came into the picture.

We partnered with them from concept to launch:
Designing their identity.
Setting up a rich digital experience.
Creating communication and a library of product content ready to hit your screens.
Power To The People
All roads lead to the website! We applied our connected design philosophy to create a hands-on experience with the scooter (before and after the booking). Engaging videos, Smartly packed information, dynamic cards, and micro-interactions combined with our wave design language helped draw in visitors.

It was vital to make the communication neat, clean and structured with a vast library of product content. Hence, we used a modular framework throughout the website that would help the team fasten the design process and extend the product in the future.
Modular
approach
Booking an electric bike online is still a big thing for our audience, and it was essential creating the booking experience more intuitive. We didn't want to limit the users to just filling up some details, not knowing what model/plan they were choosing; instead, we focused on giving feedback as they browsed through the form, simple, one at a time.
Booking
experience
Post the launch, we continued teaming up with the Bounce team to work on the post-booking experience. Since it was a pre-booking and production stage, the ask was to let the user know the booking status, option to cancel any time, change colour, switch subscription plans, and book a test ride when the bike gets ready. And we came up with this.
