Project Overview
The Mahindra Purple Club is a premium loyalty program designed for owners of the Mahindra XUV500 and Ssangyong Rexton vehicles. Members of the Purple Club enjoy numerous benefits, including exclusive privileges from leading brands, invitations to automotive and lifestyle events, vehicle pampering services, and a dedicated relationship manager. To enhance user engagement and streamline operations, the Purple Club is transitioning to a points-based system where members can earn points through interactions with Mahindra services.

The project involves redesigning the website to align with the latest technology and design trends. The redesign will focus on two key experiences: the logged-out visitor experience that promotes the club's exclusive benefits and offers, and the logged-in member experience where users can track and redeem points, access exclusive benefits, and manage their membership. The new website will serve as a central hub for members to interact with Mahindra services and manage their loyalty points efficiently.
Logged-Out Experience
The logged-out experience of the Purple Club website focuses on raising awareness about the loyalty program and its exclusive benefits. Visitors to the site can explore detailed information about the club, including the unique privileges offered to Mahindra XUV500 and Ssangyong Rexton owners. The homepage highlights premium brand partnerships, special vehicle pampering services, and invitations to exclusive auto and lifestyle events. The site also provides a comprehensive overview of the club's mission, testimonials from current members, and easy access to customer support and relationship managers. The primary goal is to attract new members by showcasing the value and exclusivity of the Purple Club.
    Logged-In Experience
    The logged-in experience of the Purple Club website is designed to provide members with a personalised and interactive platform to manage their loyalty points and access exclusive benefits. Members can log in to a personalized dashboard that displays their loyalty points, recent activities, and upcoming events.
