Objective
The key objective of the IFB website redesign project was to enhance the overall user experience by simplifying navigation, improving the visual appeal, streamlining the shopping process, and ensuring a responsive design that works seamlessly across all devices. The redesign aimed to create an engaging and intuitive interface that aligns with IFB's brand identity, ultimately improving user satisfaction, increasing conversion rates, and reinforcing IFB's reputation for quality and innovation.
Problem Statement
Before the redesign, IFB Appliances faced several challenges, including an outdated visual design that did not reflect their modern brand identity, poor navigation that made it difficult for users to find products, and a suboptimal mobile experience that frustrated smartphone and tablet users. Additionally, the website suffered from an inefficient checkout process leading to high cart abandonment rates, a lack of engaging content like detailed product descriptions and high-quality images, and performance issues such as slow loading times. These challenges necessitated a comprehensive redesign to enhance user satisfaction and improve the overall shopping experience.
